Project Overview:
The algae, as algae growing in the sea, are the hidden plants in the plant world. Algae include several kinds of organisms that produce energy by photosynthesis. They are generally considered to be simple plants, characterized by no vascular tissue, no real root, stem, and leaf differentiation; no flowering, no fruit and seeds; no special protective tissues of the reproductive organs, often producing spores or gametes from a single cell; and non embryonic formation. Because of the simple structure of algae, some botanists attribute it to the "phyllodes flora" of lower plants. Seaweed is rich in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia.

The production line can use high end DW mesh belt dryer to achieve efficient drying of seaweed and coconut.

Work advantage:
The whole production line is composed of three parts: the full closed type (for materials), the swing cloth section, the drying section and the discharging section. The effect of wobble cloth segments the algae evenly on the net plate and transported to the dry section at a constant speed, and the seaweed passes through the hot air drying section of 80 C, the hot air drying section at 90 C and the hot air drying section at 120 C, and then the discharge section. The circulation of the circulation wind direction and the internal wind of each unit is downward. That is, the air after heating is inhaled by the fan, and the air outlet of the fan is predistributed first and then through the orifice plate. The hot air penetrates the material layer up (or from the top of the material).
