WDG Water Disperable Granule Production Line

As an important development direction of new environmentally friendly pesticide formulations, water dispersible granules and abroad in recent years has become the main pesticide formulations.   Water dispersible granules is the latter into the water rapidly disintegrating solid-liquid suspension dispersed into the high dispersion of particulate formulations, without using an organic solvent, active ingredient content as high as 50% to 90% dispersion, good suspension stability, suspension rate of 90% fineness of the dispersed particles of up to 8 to 10 microns, good efficacy and commercial properties. Pesticide active ingredients readily soluble in water and organic solvents, pesticides temperature greater than 70 ℃ are suitable for processing into a water dispersible granule.
   Water dispersible granule processing points, wet process and dry process two kinds. Granulation process as one of the key techniques for dosage form production, divided into spray granulation, rotating disk granulation, boiling granulating and extrusion granulation. From the processing advantage analysis, no matter from production, energy consumption, environment and the adaptability of product, extrusion granulation is the most competitive water dispersible granule production mode.
